Who is the Sacred Hormone & Skin Blend for?
This tea is for women navigating hormonal imbalances, skin flare-ups, chronic bloating, fatigue, or nervous system sensitivity. It’s especially supportive for those with PCOS, cyclical acne, and stress-triggered inflammation. If your body tends to overreact to life’s chaos, this tea was made with you in mind.
Can I drink the tea every day?
Yes. The blend is designed for daily use using only food-grade herbs at gentle, therapeutic levels. Most customers enjoy it once per day for steady support.
PRODUCT USE & STORAGE
How do I brew the tea?
Steep 1 tablespoon of tea in 8–12 oz of hot water for 5–10 minutes. Enjoy once daily. Can be enjoyed hot or cold.
To make an iced version, let cool, then pour over ice and add honey if desired.
When is the best time to drink it?
Most people enjoy it in the morning or early afternoon when they need grounding, gentle digestive support, or hormonal regulation. However, this tea can also be enjoyed in the evening if your body responds well. Since it includes herbs that support digestion and detoxification, we recommend trying it earlier in the day first to see how your body feels before using it as part of a nighttime ritual.
Can I drink it cold or iced?
Yes. After steeping, let the tea cool to room temperature, then pour it over ice and add honey if you’d like a refreshing version. The flavor holds beautifully chilled.
How should I store the tea?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal your pouch tightly after each use to maintain freshness.

How long until I see or feel results?

Will this help with hormonal acne or irregular periods?

Is it safe for pregnancy or breastfeeding?

What if I have a thyroid condition?
This blend contains lemon balm, which may not be ideal for individuals with hypothyroidism. Please speak with your healthcare provider before use if you’re managing a thyroid condition or taking thyroid medication.
Can I take this while on medication or birth control?
This blend is made with gentle, food-grade herbs and was thoughtfully formulated with sensitive bodies in mind. While it’s generally well tolerated, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider especially if you're taking medication related to hormones, thyroid, or blood pressure just to be safe!
